Was recommended a small fishing village 20 km east of Corfu on the mainland. It was a strange experience. The harbor was quite small and with barren mountains encircling the area. The only attraction of the harbor was 3-4 fish restaurants, which looked very good and which had absolutely fantastic reviews. I, on the other hand, was a little tired of eating at the restaurant after 2-3 days on Paxoi, so I was looking forward to food in the boat. The next morning was nice but a little cooler than usual - maybe just 23 degrees. It was clearly sunny weather. Greeks freeze at that temperature and a lady who went fishing weared both a fleece sweater, windbreaker, scarf and hat 😁 I sat in bare upper body and drank my coffee. An hour later the temperature had risen to 27 degrees and she had put on some more summer clothes.
