After a few days of waiting for better weather (less wind) I set off on the 4th day. I had a relatively long distance to the next port. Had to cross a bay which is notorious for big waves, but it was not bad. While I was waiting to refuel this morning, I looked around the Coast Guard area in the harbor. It was scary. There were several wrecked and totally wrecked boats - boat cemetery. By the way, I read that this summer there was a large boat sailing into the harbor in bad weather with big waves. At the harbor entrance there was a wave of 6 meters which broke. The boat turned all the way around with the bottom up and the mast down at the bottom. The mast broke naturally and the boat was totally damaged. By a miracle no one was seriously injured. It is serious when they have breakwaters that are 6 meters high and do not recommend sailing in bad weather or at night.
